El presente documento busca documentar la metodología llevada a cabo para el desarrollo del proyecto, donde se busca implementar múltiples herramientas para el desarrollo de geo-aplicaciones y visores Web, esto para dar solución a problemas que involucran todo tipo de variables que las distintas sociedades contienen pero siendo el factor espacial el más relevante para la toma de decisiones. El uso masivo de dispositivos móviles ha permitido un avance importante en múltiples aspectos de las dinámicas sociales, se estima que en la actualidad se usan más de 7 mil millones de dispositivos móviles en el mundo y el volumen de información que estos dispositivos son capaces de suministrar es de vital importancia, es por esto que en este trabajo busca llevar a cabo la integración de conceptos y técnicas de la Geomática con la implementación y puesta en marcha de herramientas de desarrollo de visores de información espacial y aplicaciones para dispositivos móviles, buscando dar solución a problemas geoespaciales y que estos a su vez tengan un impacto positivo en el desarrollo la sociedad y específicamente en la movilidad, donde el factor espacial es indispensable para el desarrollo de estrategias y la toma de decisiones.This document seeks to document the methodology carried out for the development of the project, where it seeks to implement multiple tools for the development of geo-applications and Web viewers, this to solve problems that involve all kinds of variables that different societies contain. but the spatial factor being the most relevant for decision making.
