Wellit is a virtual coin based on blockchain technology, which acts as an accountingbook in which operations are recorded and whichhas independent programmers as verifiers [1]. This article will not only reflect how cryptocurrenciesarepartof thedigitalworld, butaround theworld, whattheirbehaviorisandwhetherornotthese rulesshouldberegulated.
