Abstract

The llanera culture has marked the regional dynamics in a significant way in all areas of Yopal, because it is a guiding factor that represents and relates all the dynamics of the territory, but it has not been given due strengthening in the tourism field. , as a driver of development from a new focus on the economy, since the capital has a wide variety of services and infrastructure for the visiting population.

The project is based on the analysis of the limitations and strengths of Yopal, justified based on the development plan, resulting in a facility that frames the cultural expressions and traditions of the Llanos in multifunctional integration and socialization spaces that provide a greater influence on the city and that also help the growth of the city from an accessible infrastructure that benefits the entire population. With a theme park (PALMARE) which provides a new development to the sector and the unification of being a llanero in a space that promotes the recognition and learning of culture in a didactic way and set to identity and traditional evolution with the unification of new customs and performances.
