This research proposal arises from the problem of increasing food production based on industrial agriculture, resulting in a negative impact on the environment and human health, which is why it is required to export organic fruit to the United Kingdom.. As a general objective, it is proposed to Design an export model for organic fruits in Santander, in order to satisfy the demand in the United Kingdom. The type of descriptive research, the data collection will be mixed with that which is proposed to be obtained through surveys of producers and marketers of the product; and interviews with experts. As processes within the proposal, firstly, the investigation on websites such as (procolombia, asohofrucol) of what are the organic fruits in Santander is planted using an information collection sheet, secondly, it will be investigated on the platform (legiscomex) to be able to know how the organic fruit industry is operating in the United Kingdom and the information will be collected in the data collection form; And, finally, the Ministry of Foreign Trade, official pages and expert interviews will find out about the requirements, models and stamps necessary for exporting organic fruit. As a final result of the investigation, it is intended to obtain an efficient, organized and profitable model for the export of organic fruits to the United Kingdom that facilitates and encourages the export of these products to that country, also explaining step by step each one of the requirements that are needed to perform this process.
