        Resumen
The School of Art and Training as the integrating axis of commune five, is an urban-architectural project, focused on the design of the educational-cultural equipment "School of Art and Training" that will support the training of the bumangueses and the integration of the commune five through an urban proposal, where we consider it a priority to carry out an intervention through the planning of an architectural project, with the purpose of improving the negative indicators found during the investigation, and with this provide the commune with the appropriate scenarios to carry out various activities focused on culture, art and education, therefore, also raise the connecting elements with the proposal, to achieve a true integration of the community, this in response to respond to the problems encountered. The expected impact with the execution of the urban architectural project is that the social dynamics of the people in the commune can be reinvigorated, through the decentralization of cultural-educational facilities, in addition to the fact that the integration of the commune as part of the urban structure will improve the conditions of the sector through connectivity with the city and surrounding municipalities. The development of this proposal is based on an investigation that shows in the commune a sociocultural problem related to the deficit of educational and cultural infrastructure that allows better employment opportunities.
