Propuesta de Diagnostico para la Rehabilitación de la Casona San Ignacio Ubicada en el Colegio Santa Luisa

Abstract

Hacienda built during the Republican period within the years (1861-1928). It is made up of a cyclopean continuous beam foundation of stone and mortar, the main walls have a foundation which is made of stone, its walls are made up of load-bearing walls of adobe with a thickness of 60cm, there are also walls made up of clay blocks, the mezzanine system is made up of wooden elements and in some cases fired clay planks, the roof system is made up of wooden elements and clay tiles. For the diagnosis it was necessary to extract samples and take them to the laboratory, achieving a characterization of the physical and mechanical properties of the adobe blocks that make it up. The house currently presents serious pathological lesions such as humidity, dirt, cracks, fissures, rot and disintegration of the elements belonging to it.
