Diseño de una galería itinerante para la promoción del arte en los municipios de Curití, Cabrera y el corregimiento de Guane en Santander

Abstract

Design of an itinerant gallery for the promotion of art in Curití, Cabrera and Guane in order to strengthen the development and cultural exchange in the communities. This ephemeral architectural object is projected as a decentralizing model of access to culture and a platform for artistic dissemination and visibility of emerging artists in the region, which complements the cultural infrastructure with a focus on the activity of promotion which is fundamental for the sustainability of the cultural sector. For the design of this exhibition space, key concepts were taken from the expography for cultural exhibitions and the natural, urban and cultural context of each implantation was analyzed to determine the design guidelines with a focus on itinerancy and flexibility.
