Plan de mejoramiento de la CDMB para incrementar el IEDI, bajo los lineamientos del OPM3®.

Abstract

The following work followed up a problem in Corporacion Autonoma Regional de Bucaramanga -CDMB (Regional Autonomous Corporatio to protect Bucaramanga Meseta) that needs an instrument that allows the constant monitoring of its projects and the indicators of its achievements by the Colombian Ministry of the Environment. In the results of the evaluation of 2019, CDMB got a grade of 49.36% that gives a low achievement average. The lack of an instrument puts a problem in the individual and group analysis of the indicators in the Institutional Evaluation. The objective of this work was to Design an improvement plan for CDMB in order to improve the grade of institutional evaluation, mainly in the component of mission achievement in comparison with other autonomous corporation of the country. These achievements are ruled out by OPM3®, of PMI. To accomplish this objective was used OPM3® (Organizational Project Management Maturity Model). This model allowed identify opportunities to improve the practices of the PMI®. These recommendations and the definitions of specific achievements will allow to improve the grade of the institutional evaluation in the mission component of the CDMB putting the corporation in the first places of the autonomous corporations of the country.
