Diseño de un Centro de Salud para el municipio de Manaure Balcón del Cesar, Cesar

Abstract

The proposal for the development of the Health Center in the municipality of Manaure, Cesar, within the framework of contemporary Colombian and international architecture, begins by exploring in detail the functional guidelines given by the architect Mario Corea at the time of developing the project. Next, we proceed with a typological analysis process, where we examine the urban, formal, functional and technical elements of the architectural object to be built, as well as its structural materiality. Then, we proceed to identify the surrounding infrastructure that characterizes the environment, with the objective of generating urban elements that allow a strategic location, favoring the accessibility of both the community and its surroundings. Finally, several analyses are carried out: the first is a building and façade analysis to determine relevant aspects, and the second is an analysis of the use of laminated wood in structural elements. By understanding these determining factors, the construction of the architectural program is achieved, applying the principles proposed by Corea.
