Propuesta de Innovación Soportada en una Herramienta Digital del Proceso de Reducción de Carrocerías de la Línea de Camiones para la Empresa Megacarrocerias S.A.S

Abstract

The purpose of the project is to make an innovation proposal for decision making focused on improving the manufacturing process of car bodies more efficiently in the company Mega carrocerías, in order to meet the stipulated dates of each order without any delays. This is to be achieved by means of different tools of analysis and interpretation that help to highlight the causes and shortcomings of the processes and thus, subsequently, change and improve their effectiveness. The project concludes with the development of a tool that allows to capture in real time the performance of both workers and processes, bottlenecks and operation as such of the company's headquarters.
