dc.description.abstractAny improvement plan seeks to achieve the objectives and goals proposed, and in turn implement an action plan, for this it is required to identify the problem or need of the company, to find the actions to be taken, who are responsible for carrying it out, the plan of accompaniment, the indicators that measure its evolution if it is favorable or not for the company. For this reason the company Mi bello Florian, which offers lodging services in the municipality of Florian, seeks to improve its advertising through the networks, to achieve to be recognized day by day, also wants to make agreements to create a package where there is a tour guide to take people to know the attractions of the municipality, including dinner and lodging for an affordable price to all public, and thus support the growth of tourism in this municipality.
