Abstract

The present final report deals with the improvement plan that was developed throughout the exercise of the position as a professional practitioner, from the realization of the SWOT analysis corresponding to the area of admission risks of corporate banking of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria | BBVA Colombia. In this, the improvement in the optimization of time in handling, management and registration of the portfolio of 857 clients from the agribusiness, services, food and textile sectors based in the implementation of 4.0 technologies; Putting knowledge into practice and demonstrating obtained as a professional in International Business.
