Resumen
The AF intervention program in young adults is focused on helping in the treatment of drug addiction and improving learning through physical games in a systematic and functional way, where 30 young adults who will participate in the intervention will be evaluated. The main objective of this intervention program was to implement physical activity as an aid in treatment to reduce the level of drug use in young adults belonging to the Muisca Indigenous Council of the Suba Locality.
The results that were acquired that the exposures of physical activity and teaching about the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle, in 80% of the users had an improvement with respect to the decrease in drug use, which means that physical exercise (AF) is a fundamental part of reducing the levels of drug use among young people. It can also be evidenced a motivator to lead a healthy lifestyle in this way they will be able to perform more in their physical activities that include the sports that each of these young adults practice.
In the same way, it is evident that 20% of the population did not achieve the proposed objective, but this was more due to the lack of interest generated because they had a lot of insentences or at the moment of generating the intervening sessions they did not pay attention or preferred to ignore it to what was raised, and it is worrying since they always provided the help necessary for these people to achieve the proposed objective
