Reconstrucción digital histórico-arquitectónica de la iglesia y el parque central del municipio de Restrepo, Meta

Abstract

Restrepo - Meta was founded in 1906. Its architectural evolution developed from the founding center, has no academic, graphic, planimetrics, audiovisual or photographic document consolidated.

Digitalizing in 3d and descriptive way the Rafael Reyes Prieto Central Park and the Immaculada Concepcion Church’s architectural evolution, form its foundation to present tense, has been planted as main research objective.

Furthermore, the research had a developed under heuristic method, which emphasizes oral sources, documentaries, books, plans and historical photographs collection to then analyze and conclude under the established methodology’s parameters.

In addition, several bibliographical references were analyzed, which includes several occurrences, experiences stories, historic centre’s morphological time changes, supporting presented hypothesis. For this reason, the present historical project consolidated the information, data and stories of the founding center, creating the first consolidated academic document and the first graphic representation of the founding history of Restrepo.

This research is developed within the problematic nucleus of the Place, City and Territory, emphasizing and deepening the transversal axes of Heritage, Theory and History, because it contributes to the process of knowledge of the history and identity of the region.
