Abstract

This document aims to give an account of the work carried out in the KM business group in the time elapsed from March to August of the current year, a period in which business practices are carried out as a degree option of the Santo Tomás University. The work was carried out in coordination with the Universidad Santo Tomás and the KM business group, managing projects in a specific way in the area of contracting and purchasing.
