Abstract

The present work has as objective the design of a proposal for the implementation of a Quality Management System SGC, under the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 to the company Teknux LTDA, with the purpose of improving its processes, through the development of strategic planning, operational control, through the application of tools and information analysis, all this to provide and support the trust of its clients, generate greater positioning and be competitive in the market.
