Incidencia de la cooperación internacional de la Unión Europea en el sector agroindustrial en el municipio de El Doncello - departamento de Caquetá a través del proyecto Territorios Caqueteños Sostenibles para la Paz - (2018- 2022)

Abstract

The present investigation seeks to determine the incidence of European international cooperation in the agro-industrial sector of cocoa in El Doncello, department of Caquetá, this document evaluates three aspects: generation of economic profits, inter-institutional coordination and project management, and social cohesion, the present The document was developed through the theoretical approach of social cohesion and territorial development. The methodology used was a descriptive-exploratory approach, based on a qualitative case study. Eight semi-structured interviews were conducted with government actors and other relevant participants in the research. The results indicated that the intervention of international cooperation had an impact on the specific objectives set. The improvement of the productive infrastructure, strengthening of the presence of the State as legitimate, promotion of local governance and sustainable development, and strengthening of personal training and organizational structures stand out. In conclusion, it is highlighted that the economic aspects in the agro-industrial sector of cocoa that go beyond financial resources. They imply transforming the rural producer into an entrepreneur, improving the quality of cocoa and adopting industrialization practices that generate added value.
