Resumen

This research grade work aims to structure a quality management system for the Pronat Sports Club since it is a competitiveness tool that will contribute to its growth and development within the sports context in Colombia. In order to comply with the general objective of the work, three specific objectives were developed that consist of diagnosing, structuring and validating the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001:2015, the methodology on which this research was based is qualitative. The main finding was the incipient compliance with the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001:2015, which leads to designing the structure for a subsequent implementation of the quality management system in the club.
