Resumen
This project is aimed at modifying the Kiddy-KINDLR questionnaire in the age of boys and girls from 4 to 6 years old, its objective is the creation of a playful pedagogical manual and thus incorporate a numerical score according to the Likert scale that helps to improve the analysis of the results of the population attending the nido del gufo library in the town of Suba in Bogotá, the questionnaire handles six topics which are complemented by two questions, the division of these topics focuses on: Body, mind, self-esteem, family, friends and school.
The rights of children, in addition to the quality and lifestyles of the child population, are issues that have been booming in our society due to the great importance of comprehensive education and the healthy development of children in our country. . Based on the International Declaration of the Rights of Children and the Convention on the Rights of Children in Colombia carried out in 1989 and ratified through Law 12 of 1991 from which governments develop policies for the childhood and adolescence it is determined in principle number two that every boy and girl will enjoy special protection and will have opportunities and services, provided by law and by other means, so that they can develop physically, mentally, morally, spiritually and socially in a healthy and normal way, as well as in conditions of freedom and dignity.
As to for this reason, this study has managed to identify a knowledge gap regarding the measurement and evaluation of the healthy lifestyles of children in Colombia, due to the fact that the instruments designed and validated so far do not fully correspond to the needs. quality of life for this population. So this study will provide a theoretical value to the development of future assessments in children in our society.
The incorporation of scoring in this questionnaire confirms that after completing the questionnaire, each item can be analyzed separately or, in some cases, the responses to each item are added together to obtain a total score for a group of items. For this reason Likert-type scales are a type of summative scales, an important distinction is made in the Likert scale, the scale is the sum of the responses of the items in the questionnaire. Likert-type items are accompanied by a visual analogue scale, The likert-type item to refer to each item individually.
