Abstract

This degree project aims to develop a proposal for a quality management system in accordance with the NTC ISO 9001:2015 standard for the mission processes of Soldipintec, located in Duitama-Boyacá and dedicated to the provision of electrostatic painting services, manufacturing of welded parts, CNC cutting in the metal-mechanical sector. This proposal was developed through an initial diagnosis and gap analysis, elaboration and/or improvement of the strategic planning and planning of the missionary processes generating added value and greater competitiveness in the market.
