Abstract

The present project will be based on strategic business planning, this will be done with the help of different matrices such as SWOT, MPC, BCG, among others; in relation to the above, the objective is to be able to give solution to the different problems that manage the MiPymes, some are particularly the leadership, the competences, the skills, the work motivation, the ability to create new ideas before possible scenarios, and others; For this reason for this project will be investigated the company Motor Motos, the method to identify these drawbacks will be through a survey that will be directed to the owner, and as a result of their answers can begin to draw a sketch of the plan to be carried out.
