        Resumen
Rionegro is emerging as one of the cities with the greatest progress and industrial and business growth, factors such as its geographical location, its climate, road and airport infrastructure make this city a center of attention for investors, favoring the consolidation of businesses. This, coupled with the recognition of the city for its craft products, musical and gastronomic shows, reveal the need to generate business centers, whose objective is to provide the tools and mechanisms for the implementation of a commercial and training activity, seeking to meet the objectives of development and thus promote the cultural, economic and tourist progress of Rionegro at a national level. In this way, the present proposal intends to design a facility that promotes the promotion and business training in the city of Rionegro through an urban proposal based on an analysis of micro, meso and macro determinants, in this way the ARTTRA arises which is aimed at the present and future needs of the city, contributing to its growth and development, also seeks to enhance the qualities of the municipality, as well as its urban and architectural approach. The work allows us to conclude that these types of spaces are a latent need within the tertiary cities that present great growth since the internal economy of each city is reflected in its road, urban and architectural infrastructure.
