Planificación del sistema de gestión de la calidad en el proceso de fabricación de unidades móviles de la empresa carrocerías Ergobus, bajo la norma NTC ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

The purpose of the project is the planning of the quality management system in the company Carrocerías Ergobus, under the NTC ISO 9001:2015 standard, located in the city of Duitama, with a focus on the missionary process corresponding to the design and development of projects, especially the manufacture of mobile units. The project was developed in three stages, initial diagnosis of the company, strategic direction and development of all the activities proposed in the deployment of activities, which consisted of the characterization of the process, risks and indicators associated with the quality objectives of the same. In general, this document is a useful guide for those interested in implementing a quality management system in their own company.
