Estructuración del sistema de gestión de calidad para el proceso de producción de espuma en poliuretano para la empresa Espumol s.a. basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

The intention of the project is the Structuring of the quality management system for the polyurethane foam production process for the company Espumol s.a. based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard, located in the city of Duitama, in which an approach was given to the missionary process called production of polyurethane foam. This work was carried out in three stages, identification of the initial state of the company, strategic planning and the identification and characterization of the process according to the activities proposed in the schedule. This document appears as an important and useful guide for those interested in implementing a quality management system.
