Resumen
The aim of this research was to determine whether there is a relationship between Burnout Syndrome, Depression, Anxiety and Stress in football players living in the city of Villavicencio, therefore, this research was quantitative with descriptive-correlational scope and non-experimentalcross-sectional design, and had a sample of 145 football players, in this sense, for data collection the following instruments were used: 1) Athlete Burnout Questionnaire (ABQ) and, 2) Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21); whose data obtained were analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SSPS) program. In this sense, the results obtained indicated that the highest percentage of the football players presented a moderate level of Burnout Syndrome, in the dimensions of the ABQ where 55% belong to the physical-emotional exhaustion (AFE), 61% to the reduced sense of achievement (RSL) and 56% to the devaluation of sport practice (DPD); The highest percentage of football participants presented a mild level of Depression, Anxiety and Stress, 85% on the Depression scale, 68% on the Anxiety scale and 85% on the Stress scale. Finally, it is concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between Burnout Syndrome,
Depression, Anxiety and Stress in football players living in the city of Villavicencio.
