Abstract

Women victims of gender violence in the department of Meta, do not denounce due to the absence of guarantees on the part of the State Administration, the purpose of this document is to establish the framework of responsibility of administrative law, The investigation is of an analytical approach, to the extent that, based on the proposed objectives, it aims to advance with a documentary model based on identifying the set of social, economic, political and cultural restrictions faced by women victims of gender violence in the department of Meta to access the inter-institutional guarantees that are disconnected from the formal markets, in the different sectors and in general those that are presented in conditions of vulnerability due to the vicious circles of poverty. The constitutional and legal framework sets out the specific guarantees in our legal system that protect the rights of women victims of gender-based violence, thereby strengthening the effectiveness of the application of the rules in social reality.
