Implementación de sistema de seguimiento para revisión y control de presupuestos e inventarios de obra en el proyecto Palace de la constructora INNOVA S.A.S

Abstract

The construction company INNOVA S.A.S. is a private company dedicated to the construction of vertical housing in the city of Bucaramanga, currently has 4 projects underway and 10 completed. In this order of ideas, this report describes the development of the business internship as construction supervision assistant, where administrative, budgetary and technical activities were carried out for the PALACE CONDOMINIO project. Based on this, an arduous daily follow-up was developed in the control of work on site, as well as the follow-up of the budget, schedule of activities and amounts that arose as the work was carried out in order to supply the object through of the execution of the activities mentioned above. The intern managed to meet the objectives set, generated learning about construction processes of different construction elements and the great role that administrative activities entail.
