Abstract

This document presents the application of the organizational consultancy carried out to the Blood Bank of the Villavicencio Departmental Hospital S.S.C. for the implementation of its own quality management system, starting from a diagnosis of the current situation of the state of the quality management system of the Villavicencio Departmental Hospital S.S.C. based on the NTC-ISO 9001: 2008 standard, which has not migrated to the 2015 version of the mentioned standard. a diagnostic instrument is developed that assesses the level of compliance with the requirements of NTC-ISO 9001: 2015 and from the result obtained in its application, the strategy to follow for the implementation process is established by preparing the relevant documented information that complements the existing operational documentation in the quality management system of the Villavicencio Departmental Hospital S.S.C where the Blood Bank is part of the processes established therein, carrying out its application and registration
