Abstract

This report describes the author's practical internship experience at ORBEING S.A.S, in inspection of roadworks, with the aim of strengthening skills and knowledge for the restoration, maintenance, recovery and adaptation of the road network in the city of Tunja, Colombia. During the internship, the author worked closely with engineers in charge of supervising road network restoration and maintenance projects, participating in activities such as quality supervision of materials, review of execution deadlines, and results evaluation. This experience allowed the author to acquire skills for the planning and execution of projects, resource management and supervision of works. The main objective of this project was to improve the quality of the road infrastructure and strengthen urban mobility in the city. This report is structured in sections that describe the activities that were carried out during the internship, the skills acquired, and the results obtained from this experience.
