The Administrative Department of the District Civil Service (DASCD) is the entity in charge of providing and creating the technical guidelines for the implementation of public policies around the management of human talent in all entities of the district, which is why it becomes a fundamental part to develop knowledge, tools and valid, reliable and methodological instruments that contribute to the development of action plans for decision-making according to the needs of each of the entities of the district.
It is there where the need arises on the part of the (DASCD) to implement actions that contribute to the proper functioning of its organization given that being the governing body of good practices of human talent management at the district level must guarantee actions focused on the improvement and strengthening of working conditions its workers in an integral way and thus be able to influence the improvement of the service to citizens, as described in its organizational mission. (DASCD, 2023).
That is why, given what was expressed by the organization (DASCD) towards the research group of the Santo Tomas University (USTA), according to the interest of the search for continuous improvement in relation to the organizational climate and management systems, the question arises of How does the work environment influence the occupational health and safety management system (SGSST) and its relationship with the quality of service and performance of people? This is based on the constant study and exploration by the company of methodologies, tools and in the case of this first research with the intention of contributing to the expansion of the knowledge delivered to the organization.
