Análisis de la Sentencia del río Bogotá del 2014 y su impacto al 2022 en el cumplimiento del ODS número 6 sobre agua limpia y saneamiento

Abstract

A group of citizens led by Gustavo Moya Ángel filed a class action that resulted in one of the most important legal and environmental declarations in the country. Thus, on March 28, 2014, the Council of State under file No. 25000-23-27-000-2001-0479-01 issued the Bogota River Judgment, which will analyze the impact of the actions by 2022. imposed by the ruling of the Council of State in 2014 that orders the sanitation and recovery of the river Bogotá, in compliance with SDG No.6 on clean water and sanitation.
