Abstract

The Hotel Boutique San Marcos company located in the city of Chiquinquirá, Boyacá, Colombia, lacks a quality management system, therefore it does not have the NTC ISO 9001 of 2015 certification, in this way it is necessary to carry out the corresponding design which allows obtaining the quality certification required by the company, with the main purpose of generating high customer satisfaction.
