Estructuración de la gestión del conocimiento en el Instituto Colombiano del Sistema Nervioso - Clínica Montserrat

Abstract

The knowledge management consulting project for the Colombian Institute of the Nervous System - Montserrat Clinic, seeks to structure a knowledge management system integrated to the quality management system, to favor the identification, conservation, transmission and updating of knowledge in a systemic and systematic way. The specific objectives include identifying the level of knowledge management, proposing an intervention plan, structuring the knowledge management system based on NTC ISO 30401:2019, and validating its structuring. It focuses on human resources and teaching, with the intention of improving treatment efficiency and reducing hospital stay times, which will have a positive impact on the institution and on the perception of patients and their families. In addition, the potential for improving the efficacy of current treatments and the implementation of new treatment alternatives generated from knowledge management can be identified.
