Abstract

This document describes a case study that I carried out in the financial institution Banco Popular, specifically for the benefit of the industrial area. Initially, I will explain the problems encountered during the training process about everything related to the economic activity of the company and based on the knowledge acquired in my career since I identified some shortcomings in the area of information governance and the data quality belonging to the People’s Bank, Which brings me to a search engine design to slow down times.
