Propuesta de diseño arquitectónico de hotel rural para el embalse del Neusa, Cundinamarca

Abstract

Through architecture, it seeks to incorporate the development of organized tourism in the Neusa reservoir, which promotes sustainability and includes cultural and natural values of the region through an rural hotel infrastructure that allows hosting a number of guests without compromising the sustainability of the reservoir, and that promotes the care of these spaces. The design proposal of a rural hotel in the Neusa reservoir results from an analysis of these natural and cultural values, and its load capacity, a typological analysis of rural hotels implanted in environments that meet characteristics similar to those of the Neusa reservoir, in the same way the principles of the context architecture of Rogelio Salmona are studied in favor of a sustainable and low-impact result.
