Abstract

Through the imminent need for a decent and qualitative housing deficit in the city of Bucaramanga, it is possible to determine the parameters that must be contained for the proper design of a residential complex for the urban renewal sector of concord, where it is based on the premises of sustainability and adaptability of space. The conclusion is a design that guarantees the essential functions of the members of the household, among which are: biological, income generation. Having a mixture of uses in the project that contemplates the integration of different actors that in turn allow community growth, resulting in a commercial, public, and residential space.
