Resumen
This study proposes the implementation of a business transaction monitoring service as an efficient and secure solution for companies in the financial sector. The main objective is to improve service availability by making monitoring, event, and incident
management more efficient, thereby reducing business impact. The service aims to add value by providing organized and analyzed information on transactional behavior, enabling organizations to generate business strategies and allowing realtime
monitoring and analysis of all transactions.
In the current context, where the digitization of financial services is rapidly growing, having an effective monitoring system is essential. It should detect events and potential failures, allowing proactive management of service availability, risk mitigation, and generating insights for service improvement and decision-making. The proposed service combines advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics to provide a comprehensive view of transactions and detect anomalies or suspicious behaviors.
The study is based on a review of specialized literature and primary data collected through interviews with entities in the financial management and electronic payment service field. Best practices in service implementation will be analyzed to adapt and
apply the learnings in the context of financial companies.
The expected outcomes of implementing the business transaction monitoring service are diverse benefits, including early detection of potential failures, optimization of operational processes, data-driven decision-making, regulatory compliance, and customer trust. Additionally, the service is expected to have a positive impact on the profitability and reputation of financial companies by providing an additional layer of security and confidence in their operations.
In conclusion, implementing a business transaction monitoring service is a crucial strategy for financial companies in the digital era. This study proposes a methodology and framework for its implementation, with the aim of optimizing the management and service of financial operations, providing organizations with the necessary tools to address current and future challenges in the sector
