Abstract

The present work addresses the need for transit and mobility in one of the corregimientos that is part of the municipality of Villavicencio (Meta) since the discovery and little management of the road infrastructure has caused the discontent of the inhabitants in this sector. For this reason, the objective is based on implementing a road maintenance management plan under the logical framework methodology as a useful and efficient tool that allows an optimal and viable solution to this need. The results were achieved after the evaluation of technical, legal, socioeconomic, and environmental information, as well as the development of technical and diagnostic studies that allowed selecting the best alternative and thus planning the activities and deliverables of the project. Finally, the total budget, the work schedule were estimated and the road maintenance management plan was determined through the guidelines established by the logical framework in the application of different stages, from which the analysis of the Stakeholders is evidenced, the analysis of the problem, the alternatives, the objectives, the logical framework matrix and the results obtained. In this way, carrying out an in-depth analysis through said methodology allows us to guarantee a strategic and effective direction in the planning of a civil works project.
