Abstract

Scouting Club Sports is an innovative business idea dedicated to the field of scouting and sports video analysis in the city of Tunja, Boyacá. Our proposal arises with the firm intention of materializing a unique and differential offer in the sports field, covering both the internal and external aspects of the service we offer.

Our goal is to provide a high quality service and added value to sports clubs, coaches and athletes of various disciplines. We focus on offering in-depth analysis of matches and competitions, which require detailed and accurate reports that allow for more informed and strategic decision-making. In addition, we pay special attention to the internal aspects of athlete performance and development, as well as external factors that may affect their performance, such as the competitive environment and market trends.
