Abstract

The purpose of the project is the design of the quality management system for the manufacturing process of electrical harnesses for the company Electrogalvis based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, located in the city of Duitama, which gave a focus to the missionary harness manufacturing process. This work was carried out in three stages, identification of the state of the company, strategic planning and the characterization of the process in accordance with what is established in activities and program. This document is presented as a guide for those interested in implementing a quality management system.
