Diseño arquitectónico de un edificio hibrido para el coworking en el centro de Bucaramanga Santander

Abstract

The work corresponds to the design of an office building for coworking in the center of Bucaramanga Santander. Coworking emerges as a form of work organization, which allows professionals to share flexible work spaces, integrate professionals who share a common goal. The general objective, is the design of a commercial and office building with the necessary infrastructure for coworking is proposed, to achieve them they propose 3 specific objectives that are consistent with the 3 stages of the research methodology, the first to conceptualize coworking as an economic model, the second to make a typological and contextual analysis and the third to carry out the architectural design of the building according to the spatial and contextual requirements. Finally, for the architectural proposal of a 7-story free-plan building, in the first commercial floors and office types in the center of Bucaramanga.
