Propuesta de diseño de una estación de bomberos para el municipio de Zapatoca, Santander

Abstract

This project was developed taking into account the problem of the lack of a specific fire station infrastructure in the municipality of Zapatoca, Santander. Due to its expanding population and tourist attraction, it presents a vulnerability to disasters that must be addressed in due time. The project aimed to design a class two fire station for the prevention and response to disasters in this municipality. An investigation was carried out on functionalism as a modern architectural trend, international and national references, which, together with the determinants of the context and the users it is aimed at, established the design basis for a class II fire station for the municipality of Zapatoca. Four phases were defined as the method, in which the identification of determinants of the context, the analysis of spatial and technical needs, the establishment of functional concepts, ESTACION DE BOMBEROS PARA ZAPATOCA, SANTANDER and the planimetric and graphic design of the fire station were worked on. From this, the final products were developed that detail the projection of a class II fire station for the municipality of Zapatoca in Santander.
