Abstract

This report presents the final work of professional practices in the company Baxter RCS, under the position of contracting and infrastructure analyst. A brief description of the organization is made and all possible opportunities and improvements regarding the processes of the assigned tasks are identified. The proposal of a predictive model is made in which it is sought to have a projection of patients for future months and thus achieve an estimated stock of therapy machines, which will help to minimize the waiting times for the delivery of machines and in turn it will be possible to have the estimate of labor necessary to manage the renal units in order to have an adjusted expense.
