Abstract

The project aims to structure a Quality Management System (QMS) in Tejiplast SAS, a company dedicated to the production of plastic products in Colombia. The production of plastic and its derivatives has generated a great environmental impact in the country. In addition, the devaluation of the Colombian peso against the dollar affects the prices of the company's products that depend on foreign currencies. To stand out in the market and satisfy the needs of customers, Tejiplast seeks to implement strategies that improve response to purchase orders, internal communication, and reduce the waste of raw materials. The project is based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard and seeks to establish a continuous improvement methodology and achieve high quality standards in the company's products and services.
