Abstract

This document presents the contributions made in the company Asfaltart through the application of knowledge of civil engineering in the technical supervision of a project proposed for the maintenance and improvement of the urban road network in the communes 1,2,3 and 4 in Bucaramanga, for which, Therefore, detailed and concise information is presented on the way in which the activities delegated to the intern were carried out, the influence that their execution had on the development of the work and the experiences obtained in the labor field that have contributed to the professional training of the intern based on the complement of his theoretical and empirical knowledge. In addition, this document shows the most relevant aspects of the company Asfaltart, which are enunciated with the purpose of giving the reader a clear idea of the functions it can perform in the development of the infrastructure of the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, in this way, demonstrate the positive influence that the company had for the appropriation of knowledge by the intern, through the link with an experienced work staff and the confidence in giving responsibilities based on the supervision of work for the generation of an engineering thought and criterion that allows contributing to the community in the future through road infrastructure projects.
