Estrategias de construcción sostenible para la gerencia de proyectos en edificaciones.

Abstract

In this article, a state-of-the-art review of the strategies used as a methodology for planning, design and sustainable construction in Colombia was carried out, as well as their application in the management of construction projects, seeking to highlight the importance of the concept of sustainability and environmental impact studies (EIA) in any type of constructive project, emphasizing the need to take care of the environment in different social, cultural, political and economic contexts. For this study, we analyzed various research trends through websites and consulted articles from journals published by universities that provide relevant information on the management of sustainable construction projects. The databases used for the research were Scopus, Scielo, EBSCO, Ebook, among others. In addition, contributions from European environmental studies were included to enrich the knowledge and information collected.

This article specifies the most applicable strategies in certifications in the construction of sustainable buildings, based on qualitative research, in which the characteristics of sustainable construction are indicated, as a result of which the strategies that are most implemented in the construction of sustainable buildings are directed to the care of natural resources and as it is known, the management in the construction projects must have clarity in these fundamentals, because it is not an issue to be taken by surprise, on the contrary, the more you can evaluate the components of EIA the better the results.
