Abstract

Next, the approach and research established for the degree project of the architecture career is contemplated, which is the design of a rural educational equipment for children with Down Syndrome, where it seeks to mix the architecture and the materials used in this for the improvement of the lives of these children, thus helping their educational process and their search for autonomy in everything related to their daily and future lives. In this way, the creation of an architectural project that involves its architectural spaces with education and health is carried out; Being this project located in the municipality of Socorro, Santander, which remains a strategic point for the reception of students from all the surrounding cities.
