Resumen

The COVID-19 pandemic prompted the adoption of telemedicine as an assessment tool; however, this incursion was not carried on without barriers. To better understand that phenomenon, we analyzed papers related to obstacles and costs of telemedicine by using a retrospective study that compiles information to identify the major obstacles that the health industry had to face.
