Resumen
The purpose of this investigation is to determine if there is a correlation between the
organizational climate and its repercussions on the conflict that can arise between the family
and the work of the collaborators of the medicines division of the Bogotá Ministry of Health,
for which two tests; The first is the instrument for measuring the climate in Colombian
organizations (IMCOC). This instrument consists of 7 variables and 45 questions designed to
measure the satisfaction rate of workers; As a second instrument, the work-family interaction
questionnaire (SWING) was used, which aims to evaluate the relationships between work and
family, the study carried out was non-experimental, transactional and correlational,
quantitatively analyzing a group of 47 people, through a Spearman correlation to estimate the
strength of the association between the variables. Within the analysis, no significant correlation
is observed between the scores of Spearman's non-parametric correlation tests, resulting in 0.25,
therefore it is concluded that there is no correlation between the organizational climate and the
family-work conflict of the collaborators with his family and vice versa, because there is a
favorable perception in certain variables of the organizational climate such as cooperation with
an average of 5.48, decisions with a 5.65 or interpersonal relationships with a score of 5.55,
therefore It is not established that it negatively affects the employee's interaction with his
famil
