Abstract

This monograph presents the protocol for the safe handling of pesticides by fumigators of the company Poza y Tanques del Magdalena in Santa Marta, Magdalena, aligned with the communication system of hazards associated with pure chemical substances and their mixtures - SGA- Decree 1496 of 2018. Transmitting reliable information and improving the protection of the health of fumigators. Inventores of chemical substances and Safety Sheets or Data Sheets (MSDS) that the company manages were carried out in order to define the criteria and standards for the acquisition, document management, storage, use and final disposal of chemical substances, in light of current regulations.
